A Rescue Mission Exposes Ryley's Misused Privilege

Alpha Hercules is searching an attacked area when he discovers his teenage son collecting wolfsbane for an invented school project. The narration reveals a different purpose: Ryley intends to use it against another student. A mission organized around protecting someone therefore contains a second threat from within the rescuers' own group, and the father's confiscation limits one opportunity without removing the son's stated intention to obtain the plant elsewhere.
